This one day course aims to highlight the importance of:
Human factors in crisis management.
Leadership, communication and hierarchical barriers.
Situational awareness and decision making.
Briefing and debriefing skills.
Risk management, avoidance and planning.
Approved for 5 CPD points by the Royal College of Anaesthetists

Places are
limited. Priority will be given to those who register as a team (anaesthetist

theatre staff) from the same NHS trust. However, individual anaesthetists and
